Hogan

The Hogan Personality Profile was developed over 30 years ago and is recognised as one of the leading personality assessments for senior leaders and one of the only evidence-based tools of its kind.  

Three reports are generated to help individuals understand their strengths, potential derailers and motivators and values.  The tool is a self assessment and highlights self-awareness and promotes deep insights and an openness to further self-development. 

Management Research Group

For over 30 years MRG have been providing research-based, actionable leadership and team assessments which are grounded in their philosophy that given the right tools, people have the ability to grow and succeed.  Their two main assessments are the LEA 360 and the IDI.

Measuring 22 leadership behaviours, the Leadership Effectiveness model provides rich and practical insight to expand both individual and organisational success. 

The report has a self-assessment as well as multi-rater feedback incorporated.

 

Measuring 17 key motivational dimensions, the IDI is a self-assessment that highlights the connection between motivation and behaviour, offering a deeper understanding of what drives an individual.

Used in tandem with our Leadership Effectiveness Assessment™ (LEA), these tools illuminate how the motivational energy of an individual relates to the leadership behaviours necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
