Thrive Leadership Team programs are designed using evidence-based principles of coaching, high performing team dynamics and leadership frameworks. 

One of the most important skills of a high performing team is to create high levels of trust and support between members to allow constructive conflict and robust debate of important challenges and goals. 

The Lencioni ‘Five Dysfunctions of a Team’ model provides an excellent framework to help teams to understand and implement behaviours that can significantly improve the way they work together and their overall results.

A typical team program includes multiple workshops over 3 to 6 months, which allows the team to build momentum on their learnings and encourages a shared accountability to implement and sustain positive behavioural change.
